A session is usually 2 hours, with a 30 minute intermission. Typically, it has been found that 1 - 2 days between sessions is enough to allow the body to assimilate. Every person is unique therefore every session is unique. We have some clients who immediately feel the impact of the Scalar Waves while others take several sessions. In general, 2 hours is an excellent opportunity to relax and enter a theta state. The frequency of treatment depends on what you want to accomplish and how Scalar Energy affects your body.
